How we got here.
Abilite did not start as a software idea. It started as a frustration. The founding team at Hyphen Consultancy spent years running internal audit engagements for enterprises across South Asia and the Gulf.
Every engagement had the same problem. Audit planning lived in one spreadsheet. Fieldwork in another. Findings in email chains. Board reports in a PowerPoint that was already out of date before it was presented.
The expensive enterprise tools like AuditBoard, TeamMate+, MetricStream were out of reach for the mid-market. The affordable tools were not built for serious audit functions operating under IIA standards.
The gap was obvious. So we built Abilite to fill it.
